Hello everyone! My today’s review is dedicated to the long-awaited anniversary flagships from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi – they are the Mi 10 and its advanced version Mi 10 Pro.
Visually, the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are twin models. You can distinguish them from each other only by the color of the case, as well as by the degree of brilliance of the rear panel. The Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphone has a glossy cover. Its advanced version is matte. Otherwise, the design of these models is completely identical.
The Xiaomi’s anniversary flagships are frameless smartphones made in a classic rectangular rounded shape. Based on the material of the case, the gadgets are like sandwiches – there are two glass panels joined by an aluminum frame. The front side of the gadgets is almost completely occupied by a chic touch display. Subtle hints of the frame can be seen on the lower and upper parts of the screen. There was no trace left of it o n the sides of the display . You can see a very narrow lattice of conversational dynamics i n the right place above the display . But there is no cutout for the frontal camera – the camera is integrated into the display. It is hidden in a small hole with a diameter of 4.08 millimeter in the upper left corner of the screen.
The main quad camera is presented in the form of a vertical oval block located in the upper left corner of the rear panel. It combines three sensors, as well as the fourth lens separately and a round 2-tone LED flash. The Xiaomi Mi 10 has a dual flash, while the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has a triple flash. The quad camera on both smartphones protrudes noticeably above the surface of the back cover.
On the right side there is a volume rocker and a power button. The sound is produced with the symmetrically located stereo speakers located on the upper and lower ends of both gadgets. In terms of sound quality, DxOMark lab rated them as the best of all tested. In addition to the speakers, an infrared port is located on the upper end. The microphone, USB Type-C connector and dual slot designed for only two SIM cards are located at the lower end. There isn’t a slot to to install a memory card.
