AMD A8 9600

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

You need a really powerful cooler to cool the 3900X. But if you are going to not only play, but also stream and process videos, you should think about purchasing this processor. Still, the advantages of top-end Intel eight-core devices still outweigh, especially if you use a monitor with an increased screen refresh rate that allows you to enjoy high FPS. The formula “Intel is for games and work, AMD is for work and games” remains true.

And also, if you’re planning to buy the 3950X, take a closer look at the top super cooler. The processor with insufficient heat dissipation might work at reduced frequencies and will not be able to fully show its potential. It is incredibly good at rendering, compiling programs, transcoding video and other similar tasks, bit I would recommend you to invest in a good cooler and case.
